Terms of Service

1. Beta service

Content Studio is in private beta. Features may change or break without notice. You use it at your own risk. We are not liable for content posted through the service, lost drafts, or failed publishes.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password and API keys secure. You may not use the service to send spam, harass, infringe copyright, or violate the terms of any connected platform (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you write or upload. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit that content as needed to operate the studio (e.g. send your prompts to your own Anthropic key, send your posts to your connected GoHighLevel account).

4. Your API keys

You bring your own keys for Anthropic, GoHighLevel, X, etc. We encrypt them at rest and use them only to make calls you've initiated. Costs charged to those accounts are your responsibility.

5. Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll surface significant changes in-app before they take effect.
